Hello, I'm Peter Thompson
I run a management consulting practice out of Barbados, and in 2020 I guided the Barbados government to invent the Welcome Stamp, which was the first visa anywhere aimed at remote workers. Sixty-odd countries have copied the idea since.
I first started to make my living over the internet in 1993, back when explaining that to people took a while.
I designed Remote Work Masterclass because it's just not fair that you're underpaid because you live in Africa or the Caribbean.
